Blood & Roses is a ritual, show, and the debut album of Halo Quin, singer-songwriter and producer working with occult rituals and pagan gods to craft auditory enchantments dedicated to love and pleasure, and conjuring an embodied antidote to today’s mind-numbing fixation on escapism.
Weaving mythpunk pagan folktronica with industrial, bone-deep beats, gothic lyrics, and sultry vocals, Quin is a sensual song-witch inviting you back into the temple of your heart and the magic of your soul.

Song 1. Red Goddess, Come

Blood and Roses begins this Leo season full moon on 1st August with “Red Goddess, Come”, a hypnotic invocation to the occult Goddess of passion and pain, Babalon, and the Goddesses of Love who share Her lineage.
This is the first in a series of songs inspired by the Thelemic Mass of Babalon, working with the magic of the Crimson Craft.
Song 2. Her Body, The Temple
The second song of Blood and Roses is due out on 31st August 2023, the next blue moon.
“Her Body, The Temple” is inspired by the poetry of Crowley, invoking the Goddess Babalon in the 7 directions, calling Her in, and reminding us that our bodies are divine, and the divine is embodied.
What would you offer to know your true heart, your true desire, your true will?
Your body is a temple to the divine spirit you are – sometimes it takes encountering a Red Goddess to show us that.
