A Crimson Craft Course ~ available in the Enchanter’s Circle

In this course you’ll learn:

• techniques for using self-tying in trance & energy raising
• safety information on self-tying
• about the nature of trance through embodied experience
• trance-states for journeying, divination, and spell-casting
• how to integrate & adapt these techniques into other ritual & spellwork
• and related topics around self-consent, safety,
• and magical and tying technicalities.

Logistics

This will include 6 pre-recorded classes and 3 live (unrecorded) sessions for Q&A and checking in.

The live sessions will NOT be recorded so we can be on camera together, you can ask questions freely, and I can check your rope work! But… I will take notes to share anything important from the unrecorded sessions with folk who can’t come live.

Any questions outside of live sessions, you can dive into the Crimson chat or drop me an email. These questions will shape the material I make.

FAQs

What do I need to take this class?

A basic magical practice would be ideal, plus at least one piece of rope that you like the feeling of – between 8-10 metres long – and a pair of safety/EMT shears or sharp scissors with rounded tips that can cut through the rope. More information and suggestions will be shared on sign up!

Is this a sex thing?

We won’t be focussed on using rope for sexual activities, though sex is likely to be mentioned.

There will be no requirement for any particular genitalia or body, this is queer, trans, and ace friendly work.

Do I need to be naked?

Not at all, the live sessions will in fact require clothes for the comfort of all class members, and our own online safety.

I have physical disabilities – will I manage?

I will do my best to suggest adaptations, and work with you in the live sessions, for any challenges you have with the techniques. There will be a variety of techniques so you will have options to draw from, and you know your body best as to where your limitations are. I encourage you to contact me if you have specific accessibility concerns.

Why do I need to be a member to take the course?

Many of my courses are offered as stand-alone options but for a hands-on course involving kink I want to be able to check that you’re doing ok throughout, and a space to support each other can be really helpful for this kind of magic, which often brings up sensitive points of healing and challenge. It is up to you if you choose not to engage with the live classes or community forum, but you will get much more out of it if you do!
